Iraqi Prime Minister Will Meet with the U.S President Today

Iraqi Dinar 123 News: – The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi’s administration issued a statement that Iraqi Prime Minister has planned a visit to the United States to meet the American President Barrack Obama. It is expected that the Iraqi Prime Minister will forward a request for additional weapons support for Iraq to the American President in order to fight against ISIS terrorists and Daash militants.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider Al Abadi will meet on Tuesday with the U.S President Barrack Obama. The Iraqi security situation would be the major discussion. Iraq is facing religious battle between Shiite and Sunni militants. Haider Al Abadi is considered as a potential leader. He reached on an agreement in August, with Kurdistan regional government regarding sharing the oil revenues. Meanwhile, the Iraqi government has provided weapons to the Sunni tribes in Anbaar province to fight against the ISIS militant groups. Since Haider Al Abadi became the Iraqi Prime Minister, it is his first official visit to the United States. He will discuss about drones and many other options to fight against terrorism. The ISIS has seized a number of areas in Iraq.
