“The central bank stressed the commitment of private banks to raise the volume of capital hopes to what has been approved, an amount 250 billion Iraqi dinars, according to the criteria set by the central bank two years ago,” adding that “the conference was held under the patronage of Deputy Speaker of Parliament Qusay al-Suhail.”
He pointed out that “all private banks operating in Iraq participated in this conference and presented their proposals, which will be examined during the conference sessions to get to the formats are converted to the laws and be submitted to the Council of Representatives for approval.”
